Qualifications

• 6+ years of functional experience with Workday Financial Management.
• 4+ years in Implementation Manager or Systems Architect roles with Workday.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems and processes; adept at dashboards, reports, calculated fields.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptive Insights experience is a plus.
• Current or previous Workday Certification, including Workday PRO, highly desired.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to manage multiple clients concurrently on short-duration projects.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance/Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team of consultants.
• Lead engagements as part of the Workday Financials Practice and recommend best practices.
• Manage support requests related to Workday Financials with cross-functional collaboration.
• Subject matter expert developing system configuration solutions and prototype demonstrations; assist testing.
• Modify and redevelop business processes based on client requirements and best practices.
• Support client-side implementations including data gathering workbooks, system testing, and UAT.
• Work with clients to convert legacy data into Workday.
• Establish effective relationships with clients and outside vendors.
• Identify client enhancement opportunities for new Workday releases.
• Perform peer reviews, train and mentor junior staff.
