Makse Group is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client engagements in Workday Financials, oversee a consulting team, and provide expert guidance on best practices. The role emphasizes multi-client leadership, resource allocation, and delivering optimized Workday configurations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Workday Financial Management experience with hands-on delivery.
• 4+ years as Implementation Manager or Systems Architect with Workday.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Deep knowledge of financial systems with advanced report writing, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Adaptive Insights experience is a plus.
• Current Workday Certification including Workday PRO.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to support multiple customers concurrently on short duration projects.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Finance/Accounting.

Responsabilités

• Manage and develop a team of consultants.
• Lead engagements within the Workday Financials Practice and advise on best practices.
• Manage Workday Financials support requests with cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop system configurations, reports, and prototype systems; assist testing.
• Modify business processes across the Workday platform according to client needs.
• Support client implementations including data gathering, testing, and UAT.
• Assist clients in converting legacy data into Workday.
• Build relationships with clients and external vendors.
• Identify enhancement opportunities across new Workday releases.
• perform peer reviews, mentor junior staff.
