The expected pay range for this position is $135,000.00 - $185,000.00 USD annually, based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.

As a Manager, you will lead a team of professionals and collaborate with clients to deliver innovative Workday solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday HCM, HR processes, and system configurations, along with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. You will mentor consultants, oversee project execution, and engage with senior business leaders to ensure successful implementations and optimizations. With a focus on strategic solutions and continuous learning, you will drive client success and Workday adoption.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of Consultants, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Collaborate with clients to understand complex business challenges and translate them into strategic Workday solutions.
• Present recommendations confidently to senior business leaders, addressing their concerns effectively.
• Enhance understanding of Workday capabilities and updates through ongoing learning and firm resources.
• Oversee the design and documentation of HR processes, including creating flowcharts and similar diagrams.
• Configure and set up Workday software in alignment with best practices.
• Manage and prioritize tasks and projects, proactively addressing potential roadblocks for smooth execution.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, and timelines, providing regular updates to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with Workday HCM, including implementation and optimization projects.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Workday applications, configurations, and integrations.
• Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
• Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to foster professional growth and development.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior business leaders and clients.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and recommend innovative solutions.
• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Information Systems, Human Resources Management, Library Sciences, Engineering Management, Technology Management, or a related field.
