Job summary

ERPA is seeking a Principal Consultant for the Workday PATTS team to oversee post go-live production support for Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking. The candidate will contribute to expanding ERPA’s AMS practice and demonstrate strategic thinking and innovative approaches to position ERPA as a preferred Workday partner.

The role requires strong client-facing skills, deep Workday expertise, and the ability to drive consulting efforts across multiple engagements while ensuring high-quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a lead consultant, designing and configuring Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking solutions for multiple customers.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proactive approach and deep knowledge of PATTS processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultant on multiple client engagements with limited direction.
• Understand client business requirements and guide design, configuration and prototype efforts; assist with testing and deployment to production.
