Job summary

CrossVue, a boutique Workday advisory, seeks a PATT Architect to design and implement Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking solutions for diverse clients across the United States. You’ll lead complex HR technology projects, guiding architectures and configurations.

You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with stakeholders, and stay at the forefront of Workday innovations while delivering measurable business outcomes for a growing practice.

Qualifications

• Current Workday Pro Services Certifications (implementer) in at least 3 areas: HCM, Payroll, Absence, and/or Time Tracking.
• 5+ years of deep expertise in Workday PATT implementation and architecture.
• Lead architect on complex HR technology projects with experience navigating client environments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple high-stakes HR projects simultaneously and deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Craft and architect Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Lead configuration efforts across Core HR, PATT, Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits.
• Orchestrate integration of Workday with diverse systems using Studio, EIBs, and APIs.
• Design and execute test plans to validate functionality, performance, and security.
