CliftonLarsonAllen LLP is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join our People Solutions team in Madison, WI. This role focuses on the Benefits and Absence modules, driving enhancements and automation to improve HR processes and organizational effectiveness.

You will configure and maintain Workday Benefits and Absence, optimize processes, collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and partners, generate reports, manage projects, and deliver end-user training while ensuring compliance with industry best

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/IT/Business.
• Minimum 4 years of HCM experience with Workday Benefits/Absence.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in Workday.
• Experience with Time Tracking or Payroll integrations is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Workday Benefits and Absence Module Management: configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
• System and Process Optimization: continually improve benefits and leave features.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with HR, IT, Payroll and leaders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: generate reports and provide insights for decision-making.
• Project Management: lead benefits and leave projects with timely delivery.
• User Training and Support: deliver end-user training on Benefits and Absence features.
• Compliance and Best Practices: ensure processes meet regulations and industry standards.
• Additional Workday HCM Support: assist in other areas as needed (Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, etc.)
