Job summary

CLA is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join the People Solutions team in Minnesota. The role centers on Workday Benefits and Absence modules, driving enhancements and automation of benefits and leave processes to improve organizational effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of HCM experience, especially with Benefits/Absence, and strong analytical/problem-solving skills. Collaboration with HR, IT, Payroll, and vendors is essential to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR/IT/Business Admin preferred.
• Minimum 4 years of HCM experience focusing on Workday Benefits/Absence modules.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM with strong analytical skills.
• Experience with Workday Time Tracking, Payroll, or vendor integrations is a plus.
• Strong communication and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage Workday Benefits and Absence configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
• Optimize benefits and leave features to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, vendors and leaders to gather requirements.
• Generate and analyze benefits/absence reports to support decisions.
• Lead benefits/leave projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and deliver end-user training for Benefits and Absence features.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
• Provide additional Workday HCM support as needed.
