Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen LLP seeks a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join our People Solutions team in Minnesota, focusing on Workday Benefits and Absence. The role drives configuration, optimization, and automation to improve HR processes and outcomes.

You will collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll and vendors, analyze benefits data, and lead projects from inception to completion while delivering end-user training and ensuring regulatory compliance. Strong Workday skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; combination of experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in HCM, with strong focus on Workday Benefits and/or Absence modules.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and maintain Workday Benefits and Absence modules.
• Continuously optimize Workday benefits and leave features to meet evolving needs.
• Collaborate with People Solutions (HR), IT, Payroll, vendors and leaders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Generate and analyze reports related to benefits and absence; provide insights for decisions.
• Lead benefits- and leave-related projects; ensure timely delivery and goals.
• Develop and deliver training programs for end-users to maximize feature adoption.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide support in other Workday HCM areas as needed (Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, etc.).
