Job summary
CLA is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join our People Solutions HR team, focusing on benefits and leave modules and driving process improvements. You will configure, implement, and optimize Workday Benefits and Absence while collaborating with HR, IT, Payroll, and vendors to deliver effective technology solutions.
You will analyze data, lead projects, train end users, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years in HCM with focus on Workday Benefits and Absence.
- Experience implementing and optimizing benefits and leave features.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and maintain Workday Benefits and Absence modules.
- Optimize benefits and leave features to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, vendors, and leaders to gather requirements.
- Generate reports on benefits/absence and provide insights for decisions.
- Lead projects related to benefits and leave initiatives with timely delivery.
- Develop and deliver end-user training for Benefits and Absence features.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.
- Provide additional Workday HCM support as needed.
