Job summary

CLA is seeking a highly skilled Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join our People Solutions (HR) team in Minnesota. The role focuses on benefits and absence modules, driving enhancements and automation to optimize workflows.

You will configure and maintain Workday Benefits and Absence, collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, and vendors, analyze data, and lead projects. A Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of Workday experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; combination of experience and training may be accepted.
• Minimum 4 years in HCM, with emphasis on Workday Benefits/Absence modules.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM and strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.
• Preferred experience with Workday Time Tracking, Payroll, or vendor integrations.

Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and maintain Workday Benefits and Absence modules.
• Optimize benefits and leave features to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, vendors, and leaders to translate requirements.
• Analyze data and generate reports to inform decisions.
• Lead benefits/leave projects and ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and deliver end-user training for Benefits and Absence features.
• Ensure compliance with best practices and regulations.
• Provide additional Workday HCM support as needed.
