Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen Wealth Advisors, LLC is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst focused on Benefits and Leave of Absence to optimize and implement Workday features across the organization.

You will collaborate with People Solutions, IT, Payroll, and business leaders to translate requirements into robust technology solutions and drive process improvements. A strong background in Workday Benefits and Absence plus 4+ years in HCM is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in HCM, with focus on Workday Benefits and/or Absence modules.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting Workday Time Tracking and Payroll integrations is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with stakeholder collaboration.
• Project management experience delivering complex Workday projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration, implementation, and maintenance of Workday Benefits and Absence modules.
• Continuously optimize benefits and leave features to meet evolving organizational needs.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, vendors, and leaders to translate requirements into technology solutions.
• Generate and analyze reports on benefits and absence for strategic decisions.
• Lead benefits- and leave-related projects with timely delivery and defined goals.
• Deliver end-user training and support for Benefits and Absence features.
