Responsibilities

• Manage configuration and maintenance of Workday Benefits and Absence modules.
• Continuously optimize benefits and leave features to meet evolving needs.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, Payroll, vendors, and leaders to translate requirements.
• Generate and analyze reports on benefits and absence to guide decisions.
• Lead benefits and leave-related projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Develop and deliver end-user training for Benefits and Absence features.
• Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulations.
• Provide additional Workday HCM support as needed (core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking).
