Job summary

CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen) is seeking a Senior Workday HCM Analyst to join our People Solutions (HR) team. This role focuses on Workday Benefits and Absence modules and will drive enhancements and automation of benefits and leave processes to improve organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Workday modules, collaborating with HR, IT and payroll, performing data analysis and reporting, leading projects, and delivering user training.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HCM experience with Workday Benefits/Absence implementations.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or Business Administration preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Time Tracking, Payroll integrations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Workday Benefits and Absence Module Management: configuration, implementation, and maintenance.
• System and Process Optimization: continuously improve benefits and leave features.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: work with HR, IT, Payroll and vendors to translate needs into solutions.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: generate reports and provide insights for decision making.
• Project Management: lead benefits and leave projects to ensure timely delivery.
• User Training and Support: create and deliver training for end-users.
• Compliance and Best Practices: ensure alignment with regulations and standards.
• Additional Workday HCM Support: assist in other areas as needed (Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking, etc).
