Jobgether seeks an experienced Workday Financials Senior Consultant based in the United States to lead implementation workstreams for Customers, Projects, and Assets. You will translate complex business requirements into practical Workday configurations, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

• Active Workday certification in Budgets, Customers, or Projects.
• 4+ years Workday implementation consulting experience.
• 2+ years leading Workday Customers, Projects, and Assets workstreams.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into Workday solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience coaching or mentoring consultants.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage Workday Financials implementation workstreams (Customers, Projects, Assets).
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into Workday solutions.
• Configure and implement Workday Financials modules following best practices.
• Develop, coordinate, and execute test plans; validate functionality and requirements.
• Create and maintain project documentation and end-user training resources.
• Coach and mentor junior Workday-certified consultants; share knowledge and practices.
• Present solutions and project progress to stakeholders clearly and persuasively.
• Coordinate with PMO, data leads, and technical teams to align dependencies.
• Identify challenges, resolve issues, and propose improvements to delivery quality.
• Participate in on-site client activities occasionally while remaining mostly remote.
