Job summary

Remote is seeking a Workday Financials Senior Consultant to lead implementation workstreams for customers, projects, and assets, delivering effective financial solutions for US clients. You will translate business requirements into practical Workday configurations, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor junior consultants in a primarily remote environment.

You will guide testing, compile documentation, and present progress to clients and PMO.

Qualifications

• Active Workday certification in Budgets, Customers or Projects required.
• 4+ years of Workday implementation consulting experience.
• 2+ years leading Workday Customers/Projects/Assets workstreams.
• Strong ability to translate business requirements into Workday configurations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Workday Financials implementation workstreams (Customers, Projects, Assets).
• Gather, analyze, and document financial business requirements for Workday solutions.
• Guide functional configuration and validate solutions through testing.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and share best practices.
• Prepare presentations for stakeholders and coordinate with PMO and data teams.
