Job summary

UST is seeking a Workday Senior Project Manager to lead multiple Workday implementations for enterprise clients in a remote US setting. You will drive deliverables, governance, and milestone sign-offs, working closely with the client project manager to keep projects on track.

Bring current Workday Partner certification and 3+ years of PM experience in Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials. You will mentor others, shape delivery approaches, and support sales efforts as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Workday HCM, Payroll or Financials implementations for mid to large enterprises.
• Current Workday Partner certification is required.
• Consulting experience in or with software/consulting firms.
• Strong organization, time management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 2+ simultaneous Workday implementation projects.
• Ensure deliverables like charter, governance, staffing plan, issue logs.
• Mentor and guide other Project Managers on implementations.
• Collaborate with client PMs to drive milestones (design sign-off, testing).
• Identify opportunities to position other service offerings.
• Ensure projects are properly planned and staffed.
