Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Workday Financials Functional Consultant for a fully remote role in the United States. You will collaborate with finance teams to translate business needs into scalable Workday configurations, covering end‑to‑end implementations from discovery through go‑live.

Required: 5+ years with Workday Financials and certification, plus strong accounting knowledge and stakeholder communication skills.

Qualifications

At least five years of experience working with Workday Financials.
Participation in a minimum of two full-cycle Workday implementations.
Certification in Workday Financials.
Strong understanding of financial operations and core business processes.

Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with finance teams and stakeholders.
Design, configure, and optimize Workday Financials modules (FAS, AP, AR, Asset Management, Cash Management).
Support full-cycle Workday implementations from design to post‑go‑live.
Coordinate testing, data conversion, and UAT to ensure data accuracy and issue resolution.
Develop functional docs, training materials, and user guides; deliver trainings.
