DEW Softech Inc. seeks a skilled Workday Finance Consultant to lead ERP transformation efforts focused on Finance. You will design, configure, and test Workday Financials across GL, AP/AR, Banking, Projects and Expenses, partnering with Finance and IT to deliver scalable solutions.

The role is remote in the United States, full-time contract through December 2026 with extension possibilities. Candidates should bring 5–7+ years of hands-on Workday experience and a proven track record of automating

Qualifications

5–7+ years of hands‑on Workday Financials configuration across multiple functional areas.
Strong understanding of GL, FDM, AP/AR, Banking, Projects and Expenses.
Experience with end‑to‑end Workday transformations and cross‑functional collaboration with Finance and IT.
Familiarity with Workday Document Delivery, Doc Layouts, BAI2 integrations, and Databricks is a plus.

Responsabilités

Design, build and test Workday configurations to optimize Finance processes.
Automate end-to-end invoice generation and delivery with Workday Document Delivery and layout migrations.
Centralize AP invoice intake and deploy Workday OCR/ML for automatic field population.
Replace cash application with bank statement integration and ML‑assisted matching.
Build and customize Finance reports and dashboards for decision making and compliance.
Collaborate with functional leads to gather requirements and validate solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and provide hyper-care support after deployment.
Document decisions and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams.
Identify opportunities to leverage delivered Workday functionality over manual workarounds.
