Jobgether is seeking a senior Workday Financials specialist to drive end‑to‑end configuration, testing, and deployment across AP, AR, FA, Asset, and Cash modules. You will analyze requirements with finance teams, design solutions, and deliver training to ensure adoption.

The role emphasizes remote collaboration with clients across the United States, ensuring processes align with controls and regulatory needs while delivering robust reporting and integrations.

Formación

• At least five years of experience with Workday Financials, including two full-cycle implementations.
• Workday Financials certification.
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial accounting, asset management, and cash management.
• Hands-on Workday configuration aligning processes to organizational needs.
• Experience gathering requirements and translating them into functional solutions.
• Experience testing, data conversion, UAT, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Strong communication and collaboration with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements with finance teams and stakeholders.
• Design, configure, and optimize Workday Financials modules (FA, AP, AR, Asset, Cash).
• Support full-cycle Workday implementations from design to post go-live support.
• Coordinate testing, data conversion, and UAT to ensure data accuracy and resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial workflows and automate processes.
• Develop functional docs, training materials, and deliver training sessions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to validate integrations between Workday and other apps.
• Support financial reporting and dashboard configuration to improve visibility.
• Ensure configurations meet regulatory requirements and internal controls.
• Provide ongoing support and recommend enhancements.
