Job summary

Attain Partners in the United States — Remote is seeking a strategic Workday consultant to shape ERP transformation for education, nonprofit, healthcare, and state/local government clients. You will lead engagements across process assessment, technology strategy, organizational readiness, Workday implementation advisory, and post-production support.

This role emphasizes shaping the vision rather than pure implementation, with Workday experience valued and strong client relationship skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in multiple Workday technical domains including integrations, reporting, security, and tenant management.
• 5+ leading Workday technical workstreams across integrations, reporting, security, and system administration.
• Experience defining agile release management with backlog, roadmap, and sprint planning.
• Knowledge of Workday Finance and HCM functional and technical capabilities.
• Workday certification in Studio, Orchestrate, Extend, Reporting, or Security.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to synthesize complex information.
• Ability to lead client engagements independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Create end-to-end post-production lifecycle for Workday, incl. incident management and biannual releases.
• Oversee Workday technical teams in Extend, Security, Reporting, and Integrations.
• Liaise with HCM, Finance and Payroll leaders to balance stability and process improvement.
• Provide improvements to ServiceNow for prioritization, release planning, and admin tasks.
• Advise on design and implementation of Workday integrations and reports.
• Define and manage Workday product roadmap aligned to transformation objectives.
• Collaborate with product managers to deliver enhancements with rigorous documentation.
• Oversee Workday security model and tenant management communications.
• Help implement monitoring and recovery for platform performance, data integrity.
• Supervise and mentor Attain Partners employees.
• Support proposal writing and business development for clients.
• Contribute to internal methodologies and reusable assets.
• Develop thought leadership from client work and Workday ecosystem.
