Jobgether is seeking an experienced Workday Financials consultant to lead end-to-end implementations for Customers, Projects, and Assets. You will translate complex business requirements into practical Workday configurations and guide teams through architecture, testing, and documentation.

This role supports a primarily remote, US-wide delivery with occasional on-site client activities. Strong communication, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement are essential for success in this fast-paced

Qualifications

• Active Workday certification in Budgets, Customers, or Projects.
• 4+ years of Workday implementation consulting experience.
• 2+ years leading Workday Customers, Projects, and Assets workstreams.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical Workday solutions.
• Experience testing and validating configurations.

Responsabilités

• Lead Workday Financials implementation workstreams for Customers, Projects, and Assets.
• Gather and document business requirements, translate into Workday solutions.
• Guide functional configuration and implementation in Workday modules.
• Develop and execute test plans to validate system functionality.
• Create project documentation and end-user training resources.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants.
• Prepare clear presentations for stakeholders on solutions and progress.
• Coordinate with PMO, data teams, and technical resources to align work.
• Support on-site client activities occasionally while remote primarily.
• Identify challenges and recommend improvements to delivery quality.
