Accenture is seeking a Workday Financials Integrations Developer Consultant to lead the design of integrations across point-to-point systems and holistic services, ensuring data quality and reliable exchanges. The role involves collaborating with global teams, leading discovery sessions, and delivering requirements and design documents to developers.

You will oversee integration delivery, manage the development process, and ensure timelines and quality, engaging with 3rd party vendors as needed

Qualifications

Workday Studio certification.
Minimum 2 years of Workday Financials (FINs) implementations.
Minimum 2 years of integration tools: Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Document Transformation.
Minimum 2 years experience with REST/SOAP web services and API-based integrations.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience) (or 6 years with Associate’s degree).

Responsibilities

Lead the design of point-to-point and holistic Workday integrations.
Identify and solve complex integration problems across HCM and Financial areas.
Lead design, build, and test of integration code using Studio, EIB and related tools.
Oversee integration delivery and timeline adherence.
Coordinate with global resources across locations.
Lead client discovery sessions for domain integrations.
Deliver requirements and design documents to developers.
Escalate risks and propose alternative approaches.
Identify process improvements based on project experience.
