Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to lead the design and implementation of scalable finance system solutions, primarily Workday, across its growing business units. This senior role combines hands-on architecture with strategic oversight to shape how financial data is structured, integrated, and presented enterprise-wide.

Based on experience, you will guide project planning, ensure SOX compliance, and mentor junior staff while collaborating with operations, IT, accounting, and finance

Qualifications

• Three years' hands-on Workday financial modules experience.
• Five+ years in a professional setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee integration of Workday with other enterprise systems.
• Partner with business leaders to define functionality and scalable solutions.
• Drive conversion and integration of accounting and finance systems, especially Workday.
• Define and optimize financial data structure and presentation.
