Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to lead the design and implementation of scalable finance system solutions primarily around Workday across multiple units. This senior role emphasizes hands-on architecture of data, processes, and reporting enterprise-wide.

You will collaborate with finance, IT, and operations to ensure seamless data flow, execution, and governance while mentoring team members and guiding scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 3 years hands-on Workday financial modules configuration, customization and integration.
• 5+ years of professional work experience in finance or systems roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certification in Workday Financial Management or related areas.
• Solid understanding of general ledger structure and accounting principles.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record in project-based or systems-related finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee integration of Workday with other enterprise systems.
• Partner with leaders to assess needs and design scalable solutions.
• Drive conversion and integration of accounting and finance systems.
• Define how financial information is structured and displayed.
• Guide project planning with scalability, usability, and SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and finance teams for alignment.
• Mentor junior team members on Workday best practices.
• Make independent decisions and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
