Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to lead scalable Workday-focused finance system solutions across our business units. This hands-on architect role will drive data structuring and presentation for the enterprise.

You will oversee Workday configurations, integrations, and collaboration with operations, IT, accounting, and finance teams to ensure system alignment and SOX compliance. This role requires on-site presence in multiple locations and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Workday financial modules configuration and integration.
• ≥5 years professional work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, or related field.
• Workday Financial Management Certification.
• Strong understanding of general ledger and accounting principles.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday implementation projects from inception to completion.
• Oversee the integration of Workday financial modules with other enterprise systems.
• Partner with key business leaders to assess needs, determine functionality, and recommend scalable financial system solutions.
• Drive conversion and integration of accounting and finance systems, particularly Workday.
• Define and optimize how financial information is structured and displayed.
• Guide project planning and implementation with a focus on scalability, usability, and SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with all functional areas of the business to ensure alignment across systems.
• Mentor and train junior team members on Workday functionalities and best practices.
• Make independent decisions and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
