Job summary

Acrisure, a global fintech leader, is seeking an Accounting Systems Manager – Workday Finance to lead administration, enhancements, and strategic direction of financial systems with a focus on Workday Finance. You will partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and operations to analyze problems, craft requirements, and drive continuous improvement.

Ideal candidates have strong technical acumen, deep accounting knowledge, and demonstrated Workday Finance experience, plus a passion for process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Systems roles.
• Direct experience with Workday Finance in a systems configuration or functional analyst capacity.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Familiarity with financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) and core accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration, configuration, and governance of Workday Finance; security and process frameworks.
• Serve as SME for Workday Finance incl. GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Close.
• Manage and develop Accounting Systems Analysts team; set expectations and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze problems and deliver scalable Workday Finance solutions.
• Oversee development of business requirements, specs, test plans, and training docs for Workday Finance projects.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT or Workday.
