Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to join the Finance Systems and Automation team. This senior role leads the design and implementation of scalable finance system solutions, mainly around Workday, across multiple business units in a hands-on, enterprise-wide capacity.

You will drive architecture, data structuring, and integration strategies, partnering with leaders to deliver robust, compliant finance solutions and scalable processes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday financial modules.
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in a professional setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certification in Workday Financial Management or related areas.
• Solid understanding of general ledger structure and basic accounting principles.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record of success in project-based or systems-related finance roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday implementation projects from inception to completion, ensuring the final product meets needs.
• Oversee the integration of Workday financial modules with other enterprise systems.
• Partner with key business leaders to assess needs and recommend scalable solutions.
• Drive conversion and integration of accounting and finance systems, particularly Workday.
• Define and optimize how financial information is structured and displayed.
• Guide project planning and implementation with scalability, usability, and SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, accounting, and finance teams to ensure alignment.
• Mentor and train junior team members on Workday functionalities and best practices.
• Make independent decisions and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
