Job summary

Acrisure is looking for an Accounting Systems Manager to lead Workday Finance administration and strategy. You will partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and ops to drive improvements, govern processes, and deliver scalable solutions across the financial platform.

The ideal candidate has deep Workday Finance experience, strong accounting knowledge, and a proven ability to lead teams through upgrades and change.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Systems roles.
• Direct experience with Workday Finance in a configuration or analyst capacity.
• Experience with ERP/financial systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Strong understanding of financial statements and core accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead admin, configuration, and governance of Workday Finance.
• Serve as SME for GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Close.
• Develop business requirements and functional specs for Workday projects.
• Coordinate with IT, Accounting, Finance, and business ops on problems and solutions.
• Oversee UAT, testing, training docs, and change communications.
• Manage Workday upgrades, releases, and integrations; monitor data flows.
