Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Finance Systems Manager to lead the design and implementation of scalable finance system solutions, with a focus on Workday, across our portfolio. This senior role is hands-on and critical to how financial data is structured and presented enterprise-wide.

You will drive Workday projects, oversee integrations, and partner with business leaders to define functionality and scalable solutions while ensuring compliance and data integrity. On-site collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on Workday financial modules configuration and integration.
• 5+ years professional work experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, CS, or related field.
• Certification in Workday Financial Management or related areas.
• Solid understanding of general ledger structure and accounting principles.
• Proven ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track record in project-based or systems-related finance roles.
• Preferred: Workday consultant experience or Workday-heavy transformation environment.
• Preferred: experience with finance system migrations or post-merger integrations.
• Preferred: Workday Certifications in Financials or Integrations.
• Preferred: experience in financial services or insurance accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday implementation projects from inception to completion, meeting business unit needs and operating models.
• Oversee integration of Workday with other enterprise systems for data flow and consistency.
• Partner with business leaders to assess needs and define scalable financial solutions.
• Drive conversion and integration of accounting/finance systems, especially Workday.
• Define and optimize how financial information is structured and displayed.
• Guide project planning with a focus on scalability, usability, and SOX compliance.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, accounting, and finance teams for alignment.
• Mentor and train juniors on Workday functionalities and best practices.
• Make independent decisions and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
