Job summary

Acrisure is seeking an Accounting Systems Manager – Workday Finance to lead, optimize, and govern our Workday Finance environment. You will partner with Accounting, Finance, IT, and business operations to analyze problems, define requirements, and deliver scalable solutions with a focus on process improvement.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge, technical aptitude, and experience with Workday Financials. On-site collaboration and leadership of a team are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Systems roles.
• Direct experience with Workday Finance in a systems configuration, or functional analyst capacity.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems (e.g., Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).

Responsibilities

• Lead the administration, configuration, and governance of Workday Finance, including security and business process frameworks.
• Serve as the SME for Workday Finance (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Financial Close).
• Manage and develop a team of Accounting Systems Analysts with performance reviews.
• Analyze business problems, gather requirements, and deliver scalable Workday solutions.
• Oversee UAT and ensure changes meet accounting requirements.
