Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Systems Accountant to support, maintain, and enhance the Workday Finance environment. You will be the hands-on SME for day-to-day issue resolution, process improvements, system configuration, and end-user support.

The role requires solid accounting knowledge and strong Workday technical skills with a mindset for continuous improvement. Collaboration with Accounting and IT will be essential to drive successful finance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Workday Finance configuration, including business process design, security roles, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, and financial close cycles.
• Familiarity with system integrations, API concepts, ETL processes, and change management practices.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and configuration of Workday Finance, including business process frameworks, security roles, and user setup.
• Act as a functional SME for Workday Finance across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Close.
• Partner with Accounting and Finance stakeholders to analyze problems and support delivery of Workday Finance solutions.
• Assist in developing requirements, test scripts, and training documentation for Workday Finance projects.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with IT or the Accounting Systems Manager.
• Monitor interfaces and data flows between Workday Finance and related systems.
