Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Systems Accountant to support, maintain, and enhance the Workday Finance environment. This role is a hands-on SME for issue resolution, configuration, and end-user support, balancing accounting knowledge with Workday technical skills and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities include administration, security, GL/AP/AR, data integrity, testing, and training documentation to enable cross-functional business partners. On-site collaboration is required.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Workday Finance configuration, security, and reporting.
• Solid understanding of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and financial close cycles.
• Experience with ERP integrations, API concepts, ETL processes, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Configure and administer Workday Finance including security roles and user setup.
• Serve as a functional SME across GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Financial Close.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements and deliver Workday Finance solutions.
• Develop test scripts and training materials for Workday Finance projects.
• Assist with UAT, regression testing, and change communications.
• Monitor interfaces and data flows between Workday Finance and other systems.
• Create SOPs, user guides, and provide end-user training.
