Job summary

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Systems Accountant to manage and enhance the Workday Finance environment. You will be the hands-on SME supporting configuration, processes, and end-user training across GL, AP, AR, FA, and close cycles.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in accounting/financial systems, strong Workday knowledge, ERP experience, and a continuous improvement mindset. This on-site role offers a competitive package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, information systems, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance, or Financial Systems roles.
• Experience with Workday Finance in a systems, configuration, or functional analyst capacity.
• Experience with ERP or financial systems (Workday, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite).
• Familiarity with financial statements and core accounting principles.

Responsibilities

• Support administration and configuration of Workday Finance.
• Act as functional SME for Workday Finance across GL, AP, AR, FA, and close.
• Analyze business problems, document requirements, and support delivery of Workday Finance solutions.
• Develop business requirements, test scripts, and training documentation.
• Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate resolutions with IT.
• Monitor interfaces and data flows between Workday and other systems.
• Support upgrades, releases, and UAT; assist with regression testing.
• Create SOPs, user guides, and deliver end-user training.
