Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Workday Extend Developer for its Enterprise Applications team. You will design and build custom Workday Extend solutions, lead integration efforts, and ensure high-quality deployments across global HR systems.

The role requires deep Workday expertise, with 7+ years in Workday and 3+ years in Extend development, plus strong knowledge of HCM, Payroll, and security configurations. This is a remote role within the United States.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday experience (certification preferred).
• 3+ years designing and building Workday Extend applications (Extend certification preferred).
• 4+ years developing Workday integrations using Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio.
• Strong knowledge of Workday functional areas (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Absence Management) and security configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions addressing business needs and employee experience.
• Lead integration efforts as the technical liaison, authoring specifications, field mappings, and designs for global deployment lifecycles.
• Apply software engineering depth across Workday HCM, Expense, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, and Absence Management with a focus on quality.
