Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Workday Extend Developer on the Enterprise Applications team to design and build custom Workday Extend solutions and integrations. You will collaborate with People Experience and IT to deploy scalable, high-impact Workday enhancements and ensure reliable lifecycle handling for global deployment.

The role requires 7+ years Workday experience with 3+ years in Extend, 4+ years in Workday integrations, and strong knowledge of HCM, Payroll, Benefits, and related modules.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday experience with Extend
• 3+ years designing and building Workday Extend applications
• 4+ years developing Workday integrations (Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, Workday Studio)
• Solid knowledge of Workday functional areas (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Absence Management) and security configurations
• Proficiency in web service integrations (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML) and XSLT; Python/JavaScript is a plus
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions for business needs
• Lead integration efforts as technical liaison with specifications and architectural designs
• Apply engineering depth across Workday HCM modules with focus on integration quality
• Define requirements, provide effort estimates, and build solutions using Workday Integration Toolkit
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis, design, implementation, testing, and refinement
