Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Workday Extend Developer on the Enterprise Applications team to design and build cross-functional Workday Extend and integration solutions for our global workforce.

You will partner with People Experience and IT, lead technical design reviews, and implement integrations across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Absence Management using Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio. This is a remote role aligned to US time zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday experience including 3+ years designing and building Workday Extend apps.
• 4+ years developing Workday integrations using Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field.
• Solid knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Absence Management; security configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions addressing business needs.
• Lead integration efforts as the technical liaison, drafting specifications and designs for global deployment.
• Apply engineering depth across Workday HCM, Expense, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, Absence Management with focus on quality.
• Define requirements, provide estimates, and build solutions using Workday Toolkit (Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIB, Document Transforms, Workday Studio).
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis, design, testing, and iterative refinement.
