Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Workday Extend Developer on the Enterprise Applications team. You will design and build integrations and Extend apps across the Workday HCM ecosystem, partnering with People Experience and IT to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions for a global workforce.

You will lead technical design, implement end-to-end integrations using Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio, and work in an agile environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday experience with 3+ years designing and building Workday Extend applications.
• 4+ years developing Workday integrations using Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio.
• Solid knowledge of Workday functional areas (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Absence Management) and security configurations.
• Proficiency in web service integrations (SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML) and XSLT; Python or JavaScript is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions that address business needs and elevate the employee experience.
• Lead integration efforts as the technical liaison, authoring detailed specifications, field mappings, and architectural designs.
• Apply software engineering depth across Workday HCM, Expense, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, and Absence Management modules, focusing on integration quality.
• Define requirements, provide effort estimates, and build solutions leveraging the Workday Integration Toolkit (Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIBs, Document Transforms, Workday Studio).
• Drive continuous improvement through rigorous analysis, solution design, implementation, testing, and refinement.
