Qualifications

• Proven success delivering end-to-end Workday integrations and Extend implementations.
• 7+ years of Workday experience with 3+ years designing and building Workday Extend applications.
• 4+ years developing Workday integrations using Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms, and Workday Studio.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions for business needs.
• Lead integration efforts as the technical liaison with detailed specifications and architectures.
• Apply depth across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Absence Management modules with a focus on integration quality.
• Define requirements, provide effort estimates, and build solutions using Workday Integration Toolkit (Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIBs, Document Transforms, Workday Studio).
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis, design, implementation, testing, and refinement.
