Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Workday Extend Developer for its Enterprise Applications team. This fully remote role is open to candidates in the United States with strong Workday Extend and integration skills to support a global workforce.

The role requires 7+ years of Workday experience, including 3+ years building Extend apps, and 4+ years of hands-on Workday integrations using Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Studio. Collaboration with People Experience and IT is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven end-to-end Workday integrations and Extend implementations.
• 7+ years Workday experience; 3+ years building Extend apps.
• 4+ years developing Workday integrations using Orchestrate, EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, Document Transforms and Studio.
• Solid knowledge of Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent and Absence Management; security configurations.
• Proficiency with web services (SOAP/REST/WSDL/XML); knowledge of Python or JavaScript is a plus.
• Comfort with Agile or iterative development methodologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, CS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions addressing business needs and employee experience.
• Lead integration efforts as technical liaison; draft specs, mappings, and architectures for global deployments.
• Apply engineering depth across HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, and Absence Management with focus on integration quality.
• Use Workday toolkit (Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIB, Document Transforms, Studio) to build solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement through design, testing, and iterative refinement.
