Job summary

Zoom is seeking a Workday Extend Developer to join the Enterprise Applications team. You will design, build, and deploy custom Workday Extend solutions and integrations across HCM domains, partnering with People Experience and IT.

This fully remote role serves candidates in the United States, with preference for Pacific or Mountain time zones. You will lead technical design, write specifications, leverage Workday Toolkit, and ensure high-quality, scalable deployments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday experience (certification preferred) including 3+ years designing/building Workday Extend apps

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions for business needs and employee experience
• Lead integration efforts as technical liaison; write specs, mappings, architecture for global deployment
• Apply depth across Workday HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Absence Management with focus on integration quality
• Define requirements, estimate effort, build solutions using Workday Toolkit (Orchestrate, Core Connectors, EIB, etc.)
• Drive ongoing improvement through analysis, design, implementation, testing, and refinement
