Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday experience (certification preferred) and 3+ years building Workday Extend apps (certification preferred).
• Proven success delivering end-to-end, medium to large-scale Workday integrations and Extend implementations.
• Solid knowledge of Workday functional areas (HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Absence Management) and security configurations.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom Workday Extend solutions addressing business needs.
• Lead integration efforts as technical liaison with detailed specifications and designs.
• Apply depth across Workday modules with focus on integration quality and reliability.
• Define requirements, provide effort estimates, and build solutions using Workday tools.
• Drive continuous improvement through analysis, design, testing, and refinement.
