Job summary

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field; a Master's is preferred.
• At least 3 years of professional Workday Extend development experience.
• At least 5 years of Workday integrations experience.
• Strong hands-on expertise with Workday Extend, Studio, EIB, CoreConnect, and reporting.
• Experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and XSLT integrations.
• Solid understanding of HR systems and business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Workday Extend applications addressing complex requirements.
• Develop and maintain sophisticated Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with functional teams to ensure alignment with processes and standards.
• Support the evolution of Workday HCM and Payroll ecosystems through reliable development and integration practices.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and supporting technical components.
• Apply best practices in application development, administration, and support while troubleshooting.
• Work independently within defined scope and escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to Agile development and continuous improvement of processes.
• Use Jira and ServiceNow to support development tracking and issue management.
