Job summary

Jobgether SRL in the United States seeks a Senior Systems Analyst to develop and scale Workday Extend solutions and integrations. You will design, build, and deploy custom Workday Extend apps and complex integrations, bridging technical and functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable workforce solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on development in Workday Extend, Studio, EIB, CoreConnect, and reporting, with a mostly remote hybrid model (60%+ remote).

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field; a Master's pref is preferred.
• Have at least 3 years of professional experience developing Workday Extend applications.
• Have at least 5 years of professional experience developing Workday integrations.
• Demonstrate strong hands-on expertise with Workday Extend, Workday Studio, EIB, CoreConnect, and Workday Reporting.
• Have solid experience with integration technologies and data formats REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
• Possess a strong understanding of HR systems and related business processes.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.
• Familiar with Oracle, PL/SQL, SQL, or MySQL.
• Experience in higher education or complex global enterprise is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Workday Extend applications addressing complex requirements.
• Develop and maintain Workday integrations using tools like Studio, EIB, CoreConnect, REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, and XSLT.
• Gather and analyze business requirements, translating needs into scalable technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business processes and standards.
• Support scalability of Workday HCM and Payroll ecosystems through reliable development and integration practices.
• Develop and maintain Workday reports and technical components for business operations.
• Troubleshoot issues and apply best practices in development and support.
• Work independently within scope and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to Agile development practices and process improvements.
• Use Jira and ServiceNow to support development tracking and issue management.
