Jobgether SRL, on behalf of a partner, is seeking a Workday Extend Consulting Manager in the United States. This senior leadership role oversees a portfolio of Extend engagements, mentors a distributed team of consultants and architects, and drives delivery quality, budgets, and timelines.

You will collaborate with integrations, product, and leadership to shape the Extend practice, contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and strategic growth, and travel up to 5% as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior-level consulting experience with Workday Extend and Orchestrations.
• Experience managing remote or distributed consulting teams.
• Proven ability to oversee client portfolios and deliver engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of Workday Extend clients with strategic oversight.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of consultants and architects.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, risks, scope, and client communications.
• Build relationships with client stakeholders and handle escalations.
• Contribute to pre-sales strategy, proposals, and practice growth.
• Collaborate with Integrations, Product, and leadership to shape the offering.
