Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Workday Extend Senior Analyst to deliver integrations and lead projects in a hybrid office model across multiple U.S. locations.

You will design, build, and test Workday integration code using Studio, EIB, and PMD scripting while coordinating with client leadership to meet business goals. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of consulting experience with Workday Extend, deployment experience, and strong API/web services knowledge (REST/SOAP/JSON/XML).

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 year of consulting experience, ideally in a Workday Extend developer role.
• Minimum of 1 year hands-on Workday Extend experience (or equivalent) with Workday Extend Model Level Components, PMD Scripting, Orchestrations, Studio, EID, and supporting 3rd party coding.
• Minimum of 1 year of US and/or Global Workday deployment experience, with preference to relevant Workday Extend/Cloud platform exprience.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience and working knowledge of webservice technologies (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML), scripting skills (Javascript, Java, or Python) and broader knowledge of API First Architecture.
• Experience leading an implementation team, focused on implementing Platform-as-a-Service and/or custom web applications, ideally implementing Workday solutions, Workday Extend within Human Capital Management, Financials, Supply Chain
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (minimum 4 years) work experience. If Associate’s degree, must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Comprehend data integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information.
• Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Human Capital Management and Financial functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
• Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB and supporting 3rd party coding.
• Closely follow the strategic direction set by client leadership when establishing Workday project goals.
• Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary.
