Job summary

Jobgether SRL partner seeks a Workday Time and Absence Analyst based in the United States for a remote contract role. You will support and optimize Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions across a growing organization, translating HR and payroll requirements into scalable configurations.

You’ll handle hands-on Workday configuration, testing, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration, contributing to global implementation projects and ensuring new plans and changes align with policies

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Workday Absence and Time Tracking.
• Workday certification in Absence and/or Time Tracking preferred.
• Strong understanding of global time-tracking requirements and leave policy design.
• Experience configuring accrual rules, validations, scheduling, approvals, and time-entry processes.
• Experience supporting integrations with payroll or scheduling systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of translating HR/payroll requirements into Workday configurations.
• Experience in testing, UAT, implementation, and go-live activities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of new Workday Absence and Time Tracking plans and related global projects.
• Partner with HR and Payroll stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into configurations.
• Configure time-off and absence plans, accrual rules, time-tracking rules, validations, schedules, calendars, time entry, approvals, and exceptions.
• Support configuration changes through testing, UAT, and go-live readiness activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Workday Absence and Time Tracking configuration.
• Analyze system behavior and recommend configuration improvements that align with policies.
• Provide guidance on Workday releases and support adoption of new functionality.
• Support reporting, compliance, and audit requirements related to Time and Absence.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, People Technology, and IT stakeholders to ensure effective outcomes.
• Ensure Time and Absence solutions can scale with evolving needs.
