Job summary

U.S. Anesthesia Partners seeks a Sr Lead Analyst – Corporate Applications with deep Workday expertise to evolve ERP solutions across HR, finance, payroll, and operations. You will partner with IT and executives to deliver scalable, high-impact system improvements and automation.

The role requires strong change management, excellent communication, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions across enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, business, or related field preferred.
• Workday certification in at least one core module preferred.
• 4+ years of Workday SME experience and 4+ years in ERP systems management.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, AWS, Azure) a plus.
• Deep Workday ERP knowledge across HCM, Financials, Payroll, and Security.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for Workday modules and other ERP applications, delivering stakeholder value.
• Lead ERP process improvements, user experience enhancements, and system functionality.
• Deliver Workday enhancements including configurations and business process optimization.
• Manage release cycles, testing, and roadmap execution for Workday and ERP solutions.
• Drive automation to streamline processes and reduce manual effort.
• Collaborate with HR, finance, IT, and operations to capture requirements and translate to solutions.
• Communicate ERP performance and future enhancements to executives.
• Define integration strategies and oversee API development, Workday Studio, EIBs, and middleware.
