Job summary
US Anesthesia Partners is seeking a Sr Lead Analyst – Corporate Applications with deep Workday expertise to drive ERP evolution, optimization, and value delivery. You will partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, and Operations to implement scalable, high-performing system solutions.
The role requires 4+ years as a Workday SME and a strong track record in enterprise applications, data governance, and stakeholder management. Hybrid work options and a systems-focused mindset are offered.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Business or related field preferred.
- Workday certification in at least one core module preferred.
- 4+ years of Workday SME experience and ERP management.
- Experience with enterprise architecture concepts (TOGAF/AWS/Azure) a plus.
- Strong data governance, security, and compliance knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Act as SME for Workday modules and ERP applications.
- Lead ERP process improvements, UX enhancements, and roadmaps.
- Deliver Workday configurations, BPM optimization, and releases.
- Coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations for integrations.
- Define data integration strategies; oversee API, middleware, and governance.
