Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business, HR, or related field is highly preferred.
• Workday certification in at least one core module is highly preferred.
• 4+ years of Workday experience in a SME role.
• 4+ years of experience in enterprise applications and ERP systems management.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Deep expertise in Workday ERP including HCM, Financials, Payroll, and Security configurations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to lead large-scale ERP implementations.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and system solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; ability to influence decisions at all levels.
• Strong understanding of data governance, compliance, and security models related to ERP systems.

Aufgaben

• Acts as SME for specific Workday modules and other enterprise applications, delivering stakeholder value using best practices.
• Leads continuous improvement initiatives to enhance ERP processes, user experience, and system functionality.
• Delivers Workday enhancements, including configurations, business process optimizations, and module expansions.
• Manages release cycles, regression testing, and roadmap execution for Workday and ERP solutions.
• Drives automation initiatives to streamline business processes and reduce manual efforts.
• Partners with IT and cross-functional departments to ensure seamless system integration across HR, finance, payroll, and operations.
• Gathers business requirements from cross-functional teams and translates them into product solutions.
• Communicates ERP performance insights to executive leadership and outlines future enhancements.
• Ensures prompt operational support with documentation and change management.
• Defines integration strategies between Workday and other corporate apps; oversees API development and middleware.
