Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks a senior Business Systems Analyst to lead ERP transformation efforts, including migration from PeopleSoft to Workday or other cloud platforms. The role partners with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting and IT to define future-state processes and document requirements.

You will map data, drive conversions, support testing, cutover planning and ensure data governance across programs, collaborating with partners and enterprise architects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Business Systems Analyst in enterprise IT.
• Strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP platforms and large-scale implementations.
• Hands-on data mapping, conversion, and quality management.
• Ability to gather requirements and lead stakeholder workshops.
• Experience with ERP reporting and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities for ERP transformation initiatives and migrations to cloud ERP platforms.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll, Procurement, Accounting and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define future-state processes.
• Develop functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and solution documentation.
• Lead source-to-target data mapping, conversion, validation, reconciliation, and data quality efforts.
• Analyze PeopleSoft data structures to identify data gaps, transformation rules, and conversion risks.
• Collaborate with implementation partners, integration teams, reporting teams, and enterprise architects to ensure governance and modernization outcomes.
• Support mock conversions, testing cycles, cutover planning, and post-conversion validation.
